Registration is open for Session 1 of 2009-2010

If you register and wish to put a child into childcare, the child may be put on a waiting list. In this case, you are responsible for making alternative arrangements for his/her care during the meeting time. We apologize for this inconvenience, but it is important that we keep our child-teacher ratios at appropriate levels to keep our children safe.

We are having some technical issues with online registration, to register, please print a copy of the REGISTRATION FORM and mail it in to the address below or drop it off to the church office during regular business hours (9 a.m. - 4 p.m.). Thank you for your patience as we resolve these issues.

Mom's meeting fees: 9 meetings for Session #1 @ $4.00 per meeting
Childcare fees: 9 meetings for Session #1 @ $3.00 per child per meeting (max to pay for is four children)
MOPS International Registration Fee: $23.95 ANNUAL fee (due by second meeting)

IMPORTANT NOTES:

  • If you are planning to attend more than 2 meetings this session, you must register for the ENTIRE session to reserve a childcare spot.

  • 50% Total Amount due at registration, balance due by first meeting unless payment plan arranged.

  • Fees are non-refundable.

  • If you are applying for a scholarship, you MUST print the form and send it in for it to be considered.

  • You must confirm your registration below by clicking on the box below in order for your registration to be accepted.
